Literally in the heart of Fredericksburg with access to all that downtown offers from restaurants to shopping and site seeing. Agave Chapel is airy and spacious with eclectic finishes. You will experience great comfort in this beautifully furnished, fresh and a most welcoming venue. Outdoor offers space to enjoy morning coffee or a gathering for a evening cocktails. - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
Please Note: You are renting a cabin in the Hill Country which means you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC) Please be aware of your surroundings, and take caution while driving at night. You may also encounter the various bugs, spiders, scorpions and mice that live in the country AND sometimes do make their way inside. All properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee no pests or bugs will not be visible.

The location is perfect, one block off of Main Street. Lovely place, just needs a little TLC. Shared space is great but the bathrooms need a little paint, refresh and removal of mildew in the showers. Also, the downstairs bdrm doesn’t have a door knob. Outdoor areas need attention too.

Perfectly located for exploring Main Street. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. The house is very cute, but the bathrooms were just a bit dirty (hair in the sink, dirty aging grout), but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back!

The mattress down stairs is terrible. There’s no door knobs on the bedroom door down stairs so you can’t close it and there’s no lock on the bathroom door. It was ok. Not impressed.
