The apartment is exactly as listed. The location is spectacular, the apartment is spacious, comfortable, and fit myself and 9 family members VERY comfortably. The check in was seamless, with the building staff very attentive and helpful. You cannot beat the proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery stores, or bakery. Communicating with Advaldo was seamless. He was a very gracious host and was helpful in all aspects. I would not hesitate to rent this apartment.
