Welcome to Swift Avenue! Make the most of your visit to Charleston, the world`s top travel destination, by staying in this newly renovated home in West Ashley, only 10 minutes to downtown. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The 4 bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light.

No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Very cute home, plenty of rooms / beds for everyone! the kitchen did not have a few things you'd need to cook. Something was wrong with the grill & we had planned to cook out there one day. So that was a minor disappointment. The house was a little dirty when we arrived but not awful at all. Overall the property manager was helpful and gave great recommendations. We had a blast and enjoyed our stay here!

The house was clean, well equipped with necessities, and a great location for a great price. Everything was updated. The only complaint would be that the overhead fans did not work in two of the bedrooms and the shower head was too big for the shower stall, but don’t let that discourage from renting this house. It was great and we would definitely rent this house again.

Our stay was amazing! We had 6 girls staying at the house and it was perfect! We all slept very comfortably and the house was PERFECT! It was about a 15 minute Lyft ride from everywhere we wanted to go and the ride was scenic. I would highly recommend staying here and the HOST WERE VERY ACCOMADATING!
