Aloha from Waikiki! This property is a 30 day minimum rental at the Waikiki Lanais and is professionally managed by Happy Vacations. Very convenient and affordable condo, your home away from home! Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and parking included!
We are a SHORT-TERM vacation rental company, we don't provide housekeeping or towel service.

Important Building Notice — May 2026 through September 2026
The building is undergoing scheduled exterior maintenance, concrete repair, and plumbing improvements. Work generally takes place Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm and progresses around the building in phases. During working hours, guests may experience intermittent construction noise or vibration, including occasional louder repair work, as well as possible dust, paint or material odors/fumes, and the presence of contractors or equipment around the property. The location and level of activity will vary throughout the project.
Unit-Specific Work: Exterior work is currently expected at or immediately around this condo has been completed.
Project schedules are approximate and may change due to weather, repair needs, contractor scheduling, or other site conditions. Notice posted to listing: April 28, 2026 | Last updated: August 14, 2026.

The condo was a good size for 2. The kitchen was well equipped. The floor was in poor condition as was the living room furniture.

The unit is tired in spots. Flooring needs replacing as well as bathroom fixtures. Some peeling paint in bathroom as well. New kitchen appliances were great, and large lanai with nice view of the canal and golf course. Secure building.
