The House of Enchantments
Nestled in the exclusive gated community of Caleta Palmilla, this 6,500 SF oceanfront villa offers unrivaled luxury. With breathtaking ocean views greeting you upon entry and a pristine secluded beachfront location, the lush and tropical property offers up the ultimate getaway.
Enjoy ocean view terraces, a tiered pool area with a cascading waterfall and water slide. You can also relax in the private spa overlooking the Sea of Cortez. It's unique beach deck set it apart from other homes in the community, providing direct ocean access and a fire pit for evening cocktails and s’mores.
The Grand Main Room features a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and a living space with top-tier entertainment systems including satellite television, a SONOS wireless system, and an outdoor audio system. There are six exquisitely appointed bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bath, AC, and ceiling fans.
The services of our wonderful staff are included in the rate and sure to be the highlight of your stay. Our seasoned team, some with an impressive 15-year tenure at Encanto, are committed to ensuring your every need is met and your vacation remains stress-free. Staff includes full time concierge, chef, chef's assistant, daily maid service, and bartender. Enjoy the service and amenities of a 5* hotel in the privacy of your own beachfront Villa.
From the moment you open the door, you can relax and know that everything has been arranged for you. You will find the kitchen stocked with all the items from your pre-determined grocery and meal list. The nightly rate includes the services of our in-house gourmet chef for breakfast and lunch. Cost of groceries not included.
Additionally, a three course dinner service is available at $35.00 USD per person.
Groceries/Beverages are not included in nightly rate.
Our concierge is available to make sure your every need is met whether it be setting up a tee time or dinner reservations, or arranging spa services at the villa.
The villa is conveniently located with a 20 minute drive to Los Cabos, 15 minute drive to San Jose, and a short 10 minute walk to the renowned One&Only Palmilla hotel.
Our concierge can make restaurant reservations and spa reservations at One and Only as well as arrange tee times at the Palmilla golf course.
Pool heating is included in rental rate as well as transfer from airport upon arrival. Departing transfer to airport is NOT included.

This was my 2nd time at Casa Encanto and most definitely not my last! The best house rental experience one can imagine. Beautiful house, the most incredible staff! Gourmet food, fantastic service! We had a fantastic time! It was a true vacation! Thank you Alin for helping us with everything!

My 60th birthday was spent in paradise! Amazing home in unbelievable neighborhood! House manager Aline and concierge Fernando could not have been more helpful for my family group of 10. The chefs Antonio and Vicente prepared meals that were delicious. Our clothes were even washed daily. We all hope to return soon to Casa Encanto
