About this bed and breakfast
Spacious casita that sleeps 2-4 opens up to a beautiful pool (opened year round but not heated), spa and courtyard area (shared with homeowner.) This paradise retreat tucked away in the beautiful addition of Smoking Oak will make you forget you are in Norman until you discover it's proximity to campus (1.5 miles) Discounted weekly rates apply. Parking spot available. His and her bicycles available for guest use. The casita has one bedroom, one full bathroom, large living room area, kitchenette with microwave, 4 burner stove top, toaster oven, full size fridge, and Keurig coffee maker. Includes pots, pans, blender, and dining essentials. The living room has a Queen sofa Sleeper and is equipped with a large 62" HD TV with full COX cable service, Blu-ray player, and an X-Box original.
If it's an OU game day, we are most likely hosting a before/after gathering out back, come join us! If it's summertime, we will most likely be in the pool. Occasionally neighborhood friends/kids come to swim. This is our home but we are happy to share pool and patio areas with our guests. (2-4 guests max) We do have 2 friendly family dogs, that we let out back. They are usually outside in the backyard when we are home. If we are not home the dogs are inside.

We have a very friendly family dog named Piper that will likely greet you if she's in the backyard. She's only out when we are home.
SPRING & FALL are WINDY in OK. This allows leaves to collect quickly in the pool during these seasons. We are prideful of our property and its appearance, but we both work full time and will skim leaves after work in the evenings. This is not a resort and we do not have a pool boy skimming leaves every hour :)
(NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. NO SMOKING anywhere on premise. This is still our home in a quiet neighborhood. Please ask if you are wanting to invite additional family or friends over.)

Great location and cozy place. Back bedroom has no windows so bring and alarm. You may never wake up.Be sure and bring a suit for the hot tub. It looks amazing. Hosts are amazing and communication is fantastic. Would stay again.

We loved the guest house!! It was comfortable, quiet, close to the university. Everything we needed for a weekend in Norman visiting our son. Highly recommend!
