This brief note is to emphasize the fact that the Sapphire vigorously enforces these rules. Failure to abide by them may result in fines and eviction. Refunds will not be given to any guest that is evicted as the outcome of breaking any of the Sapphire's rules and regulations.
As of April 2024 Sapphire guests are no longer allowed to use the pool or hot tub amenities at Margaritaville (formerly The Pearl).

The condo was better than described. I loved the Sapphire. The pool was amazing, the staff was great.The weather took a dive on our last day but because the condo was so great it did not really matter. I visited the super nice, spacious gym and enjoyed the side, back and front views available in the condo.

First I want to love on all the staff , The SPI rental staff was super knowledgeable , extremely helpful , and kind. They helped me all The way thru the rental process and it made it so smooth . They were just so amazing and easy to talk to . The rental space was clean and beautifully located , the staff at Sapphire was also Amazing ! My family enjoyed our stay and made new memories .

This is our 3rd stay at the Sapphire and it was great once again! Check-in and check-out was super easy! We had a few minor maintenance issues during our stay and SPI Rentals sent someone quickly and took care of everything.

The unit was gorgeous and great views. Everything was amazing and the unit is very spacious. Its great to have that extra half bath. Will definitely book this unit again.
