Pascal was very helpful and responsivePossible Improvements:If both sets of keys had the fob to access the cut-through building it would be useful.Basics like dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc would be nice to have provided.Space was well utilised, didnt feel cramped

Lovely apartment, spacious compared to others in the area. Well equiped. We managed to ski home down a hill (or on sleds) dangerous but highly amusing. We did have good snow though...we got the bus up to the slopes it was too steep a walk for the youngest and

Enjoyed our stay in Les arcs. We are a family of four with 2 young girls skiing for the first time. I enjoyed the apartment. Was never cold and had all the things we needed with ample space. Convenient bus service to access all areas of the resort. Key collect and sheets / towels was a bit fiddly bit not a major issue.

A lovely apartment, well equipped, spacious for 4 people. Lots of hot water, warm, nicely decorated. 5 mins walk on foot up steep hill to the shops, though had to get the bus in the morning with skis.Host was very good. Was glad of washing machine and tumble dryer. One negative was that we to bring our own bedding and we were flying. So we brought some and hired some as it was overpriced for 3 beds. Also getting the keys was a bit of a nuisance - it would be much better if they were in a key safe at the apartment, as we arrived late due to traffic, and it took 20mins to find the office that had the keys in a keybox.
