This is our third stay and it remains the very best Gite ever (in over 20 vacations in France). Everything positive people say is true! Ingrid and Christopher are charming hosts. If you have the opportunity to stay here you are in for a truly memorable experience. Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous stay at Ingrid's house. The house exceeded expectations. The rooms are actually much bigger than the photos show. Ingrid was a very attentive and helpful host. The house was perfectly located for what we needed which was to visit old friends in the area. Caunes-Minervois is a lovely village.

Behind the door of this property on an ancient, unassuming street in Caunes-Minervois, you find the most beautiful holiday home, with the emphasis on 'home' !From the terrace with its outdoor kitchen and comfortable furnishings, to the generously open-plan kitchen and living area to the elegant bedrooms to the fantastic bathroom and walk-in shower room, everything has been created for the comfort and delight of guests. It is a real gem, and we shall definitely be back.

This beautiful home is even better than the photos. It's situated in a beautiful, quiet town, 20 minutes from everywhere including Carcassone, Minerve, hiking, historic places and lovely food. The house has been lovingly rebuilt and decorated. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook some beautiful meals. The living areas are very comfortable. The two bedrooms are virtually suites with plenty of closet space and huge bathrooms. Perfect for a long or short stay. Ingrid was an amazing host, always within reach when you needed something. Thank you, Ingrid and Christopher for your generous hosting and your kindness when I was injured. A beautiful month in Caunes Minervois. Would highly recommend!
