Spacious, light and beautifully renovated. A home from home for the discerning.

This was the perfect holiday for us. The property is thoughtfully planned with every comfort in mind and incredibly clean, a real home. The patio is the perfect place to relax and stay cool in the summer heat. Ingrid is a kind and thoughtful host who went above and beyond for us. And the village itself is the perfect mix, it’s slow and sleepy but there’s a lovely selection of restaurants. We loved it!

We spent eight wonderful days in Ingrid’s stunning house. The accommodation is centrally located yet very quiet in the old part of Caunes-Minervois. We were already very taken with the tasteful décor from the photos, but the impression on arrival exceeded our expectations. We have rented many holiday flats and holiday homes in various countries; La Sucru is one of the very few that deserves a 5-star-plus rating👌 Ingrid is a wonderfully warm and helpful person and looked after us brilliantly both before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back – thank you so much for a lovely time 🍀😊 Gabriela & Hans, Switzerland

This is our third stay and it remains the very best Gite ever (in over 20 vacations in France). Everything positive people say is true! Ingrid and Christopher are charming hosts. If you have the opportunity to stay here you are in for a truly memorable experience. Thank you so much!

We had a fabulous stay at Ingrid's house. The house exceeded expectations. The rooms are actually much bigger than the photos show. Ingrid was a very attentive and helpful host. The house was perfectly located for what we needed which was to visit old friends in the area. Caunes-Minervois is a lovely village.
