Upon entry, you’re welcomed into a tastefully decorated, modern living room with comfortable seating for the entire group. Ideal for unwinding after a day at the beach or enjoying a cozy movie night.
Just off the living area, the dining space provides a seamless flow for gathering and entertaining, with easy access to a balcony complete with outdoor seating perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze. Additional seating throughout the home ensures everyone has a comfortable place to relax.
The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, making meal preparation simple and enjoyable. For added convenience, the property also includes an in-unit washer and dryer.
Guests will also have access to the community pool, offering another great way to relax and soak up the sun.
Bedroom #1 features a king bed and a private bathroom.
Bedroom #2 offers a queen bed, TV, and access to a shared bathroom.
A cozy den provides additional sleeping space with a full bed and a twin trundle.

NOTE: This complex has a 2 car parking limit - parking passes required. No Boats/Trailers. Bluewater cannot guarantee complex/community amenities will be in service during the time of your stay.
