About this house rental
Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is a family-oriented, gated community with 24 hour security, located on the "world's most beautiful beaches." Our townhouse is locate on the very sought-after Grand Island Blvd. This unit is located across the street from the beach with our resort owned beach-side pool, bathhouse, restaurant, viewing balcony, private beach access, and resort parking. Our unit is fully equipped for a relaxing week at the beach with WiFi high speed internet, unlimited ON DEMAND hot water, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys. The kitchen is complete with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pot, blender, toaster, mixer, and pots and pans as well as seating for 10. Our living room features all new furniture complete with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and two comfortable side chairs. Additionally a den on the first floor has a queen sofa sleeper and TV. The second floor has a large master bedroom with a full bath and a sitting area containing a desk and chair. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. The new wash/dryer located conveniently on the 2 nd floor. The complex includes 11 pools, two of which are salt water and 5 heated, lighted tennis courts, 18 holes of putt putt, shuffleboard, and pickleball. Enjoy the FL sunset from our tiled patio while watching your children swim or play at the playground.The newly remodeled beach house is located across the street on the beach with a full service pool side restaurant, delivery, and take out. The beach pool is open daily until sunset.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was beautiful, clean, and exactly as described—but what truly made our experience exceptional were the owners. They were incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making our visit perfect. From helpful check in tips to quick replies, they went above and beyond. Checked all my boxes: pool and playground steps from back door, easy walk to the beach, clean, king bed, easy check-in/out & communication with owner, everything in working order. One of the best stays in PCB ever. We have always stayed on the beach, but decided to try something different this time. This unit is just close enough to be easy walking even with a 3 year old. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful beach vacation. The condo was perfect. We are a family of six with 4 teenagers and we had everything we needed. The location was ideal and we took advantage of the mini golf and shuffle board. The pool out back was a great way to cool off in the afternoon. The owners were very easy to reach and work with. We would definitely consider going back.
