Located in Cavo on Elba Island, this 80 m² apartment welcomes up to 6 guests in a peaceful residential complex surrounded by Mediterranean greenery. It features 1 bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, and a mezzanine with 2 single beds. The apartment offers a private kitchen, independent air conditioning, TV, and 1 bathroom with shower, plus a second bathroom upstairs. Wi-Fi is not available.
Relax on your private balcony or enjoy the covered shared terrace overlooking the green hills. The property has a shared outdoor pool designed as a natural pond, and a smaller pool for children. The pool is open from June to mid-September.
One shared on-site parking space is available. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted.
Cavo’s sandy and pebbly beach is just 800 m away, and the area offers many trails for hiking and mountain biking. Explore Elba’s landscapes, including the trail to the Tonietti Mausoleum, an example of Liberty architecture. Cavo features a lovely palm-lined promenade leading to a rocky promontory crowned by Villa Tonietti. Regular ferry connections to Piombino make travel easy.

Pros: The house had a wonderful pool and the apartment is located in a very quiet area. It is also a good starting point for excursions and hikes.
Cons: The WiFi did not work and it could not be made to work during our two-week stay. In addition, the air conditioning is located on the balcony, so it is not possible to sit outside and have the air conditioning running at the same time.
