Whether you are looking to relax by private pool or enjoy family cooking or TV entertainment, we have you covered. House includes free high speed Wi-Fi, premium HBO and Cinemax, and sports TV channels, pool towels and fully stocked kitchen.

If you are looking for quiet beautiful sunsets on a private setting, this is it! Located on a ½ acre lot in the much sought after north end of town, this exclusive residential area is tranquil and within minutes of shopping and restaurants. Local activities include mountain biking, golfing, sky-diving, hiking, off-roading, festivals and cultural events.

Coyote Ranch attracts many retirees and some families with children. The property can comfortably sleep up to 10 persons and can accommodate larger groups of daytime visitors. The house is a favorite of retired wintertime visitors. It is also commonly rented for family reunions, local soccer/baseball camp attendees, and by friends/family visiting out of town. The house is sometimes used for longer periods to accommodate professionals during conferences or group business trips.

This 3,200 square foot family-owned retreat is a single level home with split bedroom plan. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, a large open island kitchen, family room, living room, 2 dining areas and spacious fully equipped laundry room. House has 3 car garage with private RV parking area and large driveway.

We offer a private block-fenced backyard with a 5 ft deep pool and a small waterfall as part of your stay. Optional pool heating is available during wintertime months for additional cost. Backyard is landscaped with artificial grass, a covered patio with overhead fans, patio furniture and gas grill for outdoor entertaining.

Thermostat controls can be set from 72-85 F. In combination with the ceiling fans in each room the house stays comfortably cool, even on hot summer days. In an effort to conserve precious desert resources, any door(s) left open longer than 5 minutes will automatically trigger a pause in the heating or cooling systems

The spacious Master Suite features a king bed with walk-in closet, 50'' TV and independent access to the backyard. The adjoining master bath has dual vanity, jacuzzi jetted tub for relaxing and a separate shower. The remaining three bedrooms on the other side of the house share full bathroom with tub and shower. Each room contains either a queen (2) or a full bed (1). All bedrooms in the house have private TV. In addition to the 2 full baths, there is an additional half bathroom located in the hallway. The family room has a pullout couch and private TV to accommodate 2 additional guests for sleeping.

The newly upgraded kitchen has island, convection oven and microwave, induction stove and is fully equipped with utensils, plates and cookware for preparing meals at home. The kitchen opens into the living room and breakfast area.

The living room has a gas fireplace with 65" 4k UHD flat screen TV equipped with DVD player, Apple TV and option to access your own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime and other streaming services.

The separate dining and family room offer additional open and airy space, with boasts 16 foot high cathedral ceilings and formal dinning room table.

The home includes all linens, blankets, a coffee maker, cooking utensils and towels. Bathroom tissue and paper towels initially provided upon check-in but not restocked.

Small pets considered for additional cost (must be approved by the owner).

Main entrance door is equipped with video door bell to enhance package delivery security. A second security camera is located by garage doors and side gate entrance.

3 night minimum stay.

Non-refundable cleaning fee for 6 or more night stay = $195.
Short stay fee for less than 6 night stay = $115
If your booking results in same day check-in or check-out and extra fee of $55-75 will be added per occurrence.

Short-term (less than 2 weeks) booking fee on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year holidays = $110

All bookings will automatically be charged a non-refundable $79 VRBO Accidental Property Damage Policy

$200 non-refundable pet deposit (if applicable)

We do have cancelation policy even though online booking option is showing as "none".

Optional pool heating fee:

Cost of heating the pool will vary depending on initial pool water temperature, time of year and consistent use of insulated pool cover.
Pool is heated using propane tanks. Tanks are refilled after each guest usage.
Cost of refilling 100 gal = $420
Cost of refilling 50 gal = $210
50 gal tank is sufficient to increase pool temperature by 12-14F, which takes about 18h. Additional propane tank fill will be required if you will decide to heat pool to a higher temperature and/or to maintain the heat after the 36 hours.
Approximate usage (if starting with unheated pool):
1 day swim at 85F pool = 50 gal tank
4-7 day swim at 85F pool = 100 + 50 gal tank
Propane tanks can be refilled (at the fill rates listed above) for longer stays if desired.
