Beautiful place! Beautiful view! Wonderful host! First visit to Europe. We were there to hike the Dolomites, about an hour’s drive. Last day we did find a beautiful hike that was much closer. You really can’t go wrong in this area. The property is in a cute farm neighborhood located on a mountainside. The barn is across the parking areas. Houses and barns clustered together. This is typical for the area. The place was immaculate! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had what we needed- we didn’t cook. Ate out. The only thing lacking for us- would be a microwave. (But I don’t think they are used that much in Europe as none of the places we stayed at had them.) There is no AC - again common to the area. The Europeans are more accepting of that. We were there during a heat wave- and with the windows open at night it would cool down. There is no washer/dryer in the unit itself. But the host will gladly do your wash for a small fee. Which is very convenient because you are on vacation, who wants to do wash?I loved our host. Stephanie & her family were wonderful. Loved talking about her life on the farm (speaks some English). Usually don’t stay at places where the hosts live onsite. Maybe an American thing. So glad I did! Traveling w/ my daughter in a foreign country. If we went missing - someone would know. (Area is very safe)Took a few days to reply back on this site. Running a barn, raising kids- she is very busy. Be patient. They have a website too.
