The apartment consists of a large kitchen with everything you need to enjoy. Refrigerator with freezer and everything for cooking and self-care. The living area with TV and couch connects directly to the kitchen, so a large room, with large dining table and modern leather chairs and bench. There is a bathroom with a freestanding modern bath, shower, dryer and washing machine 2 bedrooms with large beds make the apartment complete. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house and can be closed off. A balcony with hanging chair, table and chairs offers you the opportunity to enjoy the sun

The house is located in a very rural area, best, one arrives by car. The neighbors are very friendly and outgoing. The apartment is located in the district triangle Aichach-Friedberg, Neuburg an der Donau and Donauwörth. By car are the most diverse places with experiences, such. As the climbing forest Scherneck, the Audimuseum and the Ingolstadt Village in Ingolstadt, the city Donauwörth with its interesting historic center and Augsburg with the many interesting features easily accessible. The travel time to all attractions is at most 45 minutes. There are many more special features in my area. It is also possible to visit the dairy Zott and to stock up on the most delicious yogurts in the factory outlet.

My wife and I are Canadians who have been coming to Europe for 22 years of self planned independent cycling vacations. Over this period of time we have stayed in over 100 holiday rental properties in over 8 European countries. This astounding property would be in the top 5% of any holiday rental we have stayed in.
The Euro norm in holiday rentals is cramped, old, dark, noisy and brown. This rental reflects the heart, soul and boundless creativity of Anna Kopold. It is bright , spacious, quiet ,very well lit, ultra modern and rich with amenities.
Its location in Europe is very strategic for active travel. Bavaria is rich in a dense network of Radwegs...cycling routes and pathways. Several important and very scenic ones come together here in Ober Bayern...the Wornitz, Atmuhltal, and Danube are all very close along with numerous other regional radwegs. It is a cycling paradise. People come from all over the world to ride the Danube radweg. Here it is so close to this property.
As well the rental is very near the famous Romantic Road....Augsburg, Nordlingen etc. offer historic adventure away from the tourist crowds of other Romantic Road tourist destinations.
Nearby Rain am Lech is a delight with an attractive main street and the Dehner gardens...a huge employer in the region and the biggest garden supplier and floral producer in Germany. The gardens are gorgeous and the entrance is free.
This rental has it all.......design, amenities, location and very high standards of accommodation...........your search is over. Book it now. It is a gem and such a rarity.

We stayed for just one night on route to Italy . It was easy to find with off road parking
The apartment itself was lovely, really clean and very well equipped The beds were super comfy and the bathroom very luxurious. The addition of washing machine and tumble dryer is a real bonus if you were staying few days . Very quiet area would definitely come back .
