Year round sunsets and located on the 2nd floor at the very end Kailua Bay side of Alii Villas. #232 is a nicely appointed, beautifully furnished and well equipped condo with nice on site amenities including heated swimming pool and BBQ/ picnic area. Bonus! If you walk for fitness, walking around the beautiful and tropically landscaped Alii Villas condo complex four times is a mile.
All reservations are required to digitally sign a rental agreement between the person booking and and property manager to be confirmed.

I can’t say enough great things about the condo we stayed in at Ali‘i Villas. The check-in process was smooth and easy, the condo was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable. They truly had everything you could need, including plenty of beach gear.The star of the show was easily the lanai. You simply cannot get a better ocean view. The large lanai had multiple seating options, including four lounge chairs plus a table with additional seating. The ocean views were absolutely stunning and made it hard to leave.The hosts were very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had during our stay. You can also walk to shops and restaurants. It’s about a mile along a fairly busy road, but definitely doable.The pool was very clean, well maintained, and the perfect temperature. The BBQ areas were also spotless and in great condition.This is a no-AC unit, but we honestly didn’t need it. The trade winds kept things cool at night, and there were ceiling fans along with additional fans available if needed.Don’t hesitate on this place — just book it. You won’t regret it.

The unit was wonderful! Right on the ocean and we had a nice ocean breeze day and night! Kitchen was clean and fully stocked. Everything about this unit was great. We would stay here again!

Location and view are great, otherwise we were disappointed. Some of the photos are inaccurate and the "upgrades" are only marginal and not what was expected.
The unit is small. it's advertized as a 2 bedroom, but is basically a studio with and extra room. The only place to eat is 2 barstools at the kitchen counter, other than the
balcony outside. Maybe OK for some but uncomfortable and difficult for older adults.
