About this cabin rental
Create memories at our cabin near Helton Creek Falls - A beautiful log cabin with a lodge feel. Fifteen minutes from charming downtown Blairsville 35 minutes from Helen in the North Georgia Blue Ridge mountains. Our spacious cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with modern but rustic finishes and the needed amenities that will appeal to families, couples and friends looking for an adventurous and relaxing mountain getaway.
As you approach the cabin, you will notice the vast amount of beautiful maples and white pine, a wrap-around porch with swings and rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Enjoying a cup of coffee on the porch is a perfect way to start your day.
Enter our cabin built with gorgeous exposed oak beams and exterior log walls. The open floorplan includes a beautiful great room with open fireplace and kitchen stocked with dishes, cookware and stemware. The home was built by hand with family in mind and includes an upper and lower level with the primary bedroom w/ queen log bed with a wall mounted flat screen tv - ROKU equipped and 1 full bath on main floor. The upper floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds along with a full bath. In the basement is where you will find the laundry area. A fire pit and gas grill are also available.
Large amounts of hiking trailheads, waterfalls and scenic opportunities. • The property backs up to the Chattahoochee-Oconee National Forest, which presents a vast amount of hiking and nature watching opportunities immediately out the back door.

• The Appalachian trail crossing is 2.1 miles
• Helton Creek falls only 1.6 miles You can hike, visit waterfalls, fish one of several local lakes or streams, visit one of the local wineries, sit in a rocking chair, sit by the fire or simply unwind and enjoy the fresh air.
The home will be stocked with some starter essentials for your stay, including linens, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and body wash. There are stairs inside and out. Steep driveway. Ring floodlight camera on front corner of cabin aimed at the driveway is activated by movement. Very nice property, secluded, beautiful setting. Main level bedroom/bath was perfect for grandparents with mobility challenges. They loved the fireplace. Great stay!

The house was beautiful and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The beds were very comfortable. Poor planning on our part led to not saving the door code info in the final message the host had sent- despite spending plenty of time in the area I didn’t think about not having a signal to be able to open it when we got there. I drove back down and texted the host and got an immediate response and any time we had questions over the weekend they responded within seconds.

The cabin was cozy and clean. The owners had very good communication the whole time. Loved the porch and both fireplaces (inside and outside). Driveway was steep but not too bad to get up. Would recommend to others and would return again.
