In the bedroom, the brand-new bedroom furniture, bedding, and queen memory foam mattress will help you unwind along with a flat-screen TV. This Etta Place Too 2nd-story unit is surrounded by trees, making the living room feel like a part of nature. Don't you hate uncomfortable sleeper sofas? No worries - the queen-sized leather sleeper sofa contains a phenomenally comfortable 5” memory foam mattress. The condo includes a fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, a newly-remodeled bathroom with a pedestal sink and glass shower enclosure, large screen TV, private wi-fi, washer & dryer, custom ski/snowboard closet, and hot tub (year-round). This is a a nicely updated condo with a great kitchen. Having the washer and dryer was a wonderful convenience.
