Starter Supplies

To help you get settled, we provide a complimentary starter kit of household essentials upon arrival. As this is a self catering home, guests are welcome to purchase any additional supplies they may need during their stay.



Parking Instructions

• The driveway is available to accommodate up to 5 vehicles comfortably with proper rearranging.

• Additional Guests Parking can be found in the overflow areas, around the lake and to the left side of the clubhouse, these are first-come-first-serve.

• The clubhouse parking (in front of the clubhouse) is available throughout the day, but keep in mind overnight parking at the clubhouse is not allowed.

• If a vehicle is parked on the street, blocking the sidewalk, or on the grass it will be at high risk of being towed. All expenses incurred by improper parking will be the responsibility of the guest.

Resort Operating Hours:

• Clubhouse, pool, and fitness center hours are set by Sonoma Resort and may vary seasonally. Please observe posted hours and resort rules during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Sonoma Resort in Orlando, Florida is located next to The Loop, a shopping and entertainment hub. It’s only minutes away from Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld, championship golf courses, upscale brand outlets, and malls.



Getting Around:

Having a car is recommended, as it’s the most convenient way to get around Orlando. Most attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants are within driving distance. Alternative options such as Uber, Lyft, taxis, and public transportation are also available.



Other Things to Note:

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Strict parking rules are enforced by the resort. Guests are responsible for any towing or fines incurred due to parking violations, so please follow the instructions provided.

• Some themed bedrooms do not have TVs: Lion King, Inside Out, Avatar, Harry Potter, Emerald Suite, and Midnight Suite.

• Please note that pool service is scheduled weekly and may occur during your stay. It’s a brief visit to keep the pool clean, and technicians will only access the pool area. Thank you for your understanding.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating: 45 USD/night

• Hot tub heating: 45 USD/night

• Both heating services: 79 USD/night (2-night minimum, 24-hour notice required)



Pet Friendly:

• Pets are welcome. A maximum of two pets under 60 lbs each is allowed. A pet fee of 139 USD per pet will be added if pets are included at booking. If pets are not declared during booking, the applicable fee will be charged separately. Please note the booking platform only allows one pet to be selected; if bringing a second pet, the additional fee will be collected after booking.



Additional Services:

• Pool and hot tub heating are available upon request and are not included in the booking price.

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time 69 USD charge.

• Rent a Pack ’n play for 39 USD (one-time fee)

• Rent a highchair for 29 USD (one-time fee)

• Mid-stay cleaning is available for stays over 3 nights (additional fee)



House Rules (Sonoma Resort Policies):

• Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and may result in a 150 USD fine and/or forfeiture of the full deposit.

• Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the unit and may result in a 150 USD fine or loss of security deposit.

• Please check out on time. Late departures will incur a 150 USD fee per hour.

• Large messes may result in additional cleaning fees. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets.

• No liability is assumed for injuries sustained while using the pool; use at your own risk.

• Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited.

• Violation of house rules may result in additional charges or immediate removal without refund.

• Clubhouse: Mon–Fri, 8am–4:30pm

• Pool: Dawn–Dusk, daily

• Fitness Center: 6am–11pm, daily
