Located across the street from Little Glen Lake with partial lake views, this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home is ready to welcome you and your beloved family and friends! This recently remodeled home has all new furniture and is located approximately two and a half miles from downtown Glen Arbor. There is no private water access, but the public boat launch for Glen Lake is only 500 feet from the home, and the Narrows Marina is only a few blocks away for keeping/renting a boat during your visit. The backyard features a brand new firepit, so go ahead and gather around it for entertaining storytelling time.
The recently remodeled kitchen is open to the dining area and living room and is equipped with a breakfast bar for six and stainless steel appliances. Cozy up on the large sofa and watch a favorite show on the flatscreen smart TV in the living room. The main suite is located on the main floor and has an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a standalone shower. The second bedroom is on the main level as well (just off the kitchen) and opens to the deck. The second bathroom on the main floor features a tub/shower. The third bedroom on the main floor as well is off the kitchen with a bunk bed. The third bathroom is attached to the third bedroom. The private hallway and stairway head up to the bonus room/fourth bedroom with a comfortable bed, triple bunks, and sleeper sofa.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely house with a lake view close to Glen Arbor. Lots of rooms for an entire family. Master suite and upstairs room for kids had lots of privacy. House had everything you need for a nice stay would stay again!

We loved our stay at this Glen Lake getaway! The location was perfect—just minutes to Empire and Glen Haven Beach, and only a 15–16 minute bike ride to Glen Arbor, the Dune Climb, and the Heritage Trail. The big backyard was ideal for the kids to play kickball and soccer, and we made great memories roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The house itself was full of beautiful natural light and felt bright and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again!

Love this house. Location is perfect. It has a great yard space for playing, relaxing, and viewing the night sky. The outdoor seating on the deck is perfect for enjoying meals and viewing wildlife. It’s a comfortably furnished property that we look forward to visiting again and again.
