3 Bed & 3 Full Bath - 2nd Floor Unit - must be accessed by stairs only.
Two of the bedrooms have King beds. Third Bedroom has one full size and one twin bed.

• Access to Sun Valley INN Pool & Summertime Olympic Pool/Jacuzzi
• Hotel rate for Sun Valley Golf -- preferred tee times

Wildflower Condos are considered the most deluxe SV complex. All of Sun Valley is immediately outside your front door at this all-seasons retreat with balconies that overlook the 12th Hole of SV Golf Course and Baldy mountain.
You will enjoy a serene setting with private views away from noise of road, pool and tennis/picketball.
Condo is regularly, extensively cleaned: rugs, upholstery, bed pillows, blankets, mattress pads, cabinets, etc.
A 5 minute stroll to:
Sun Valley Village/Inn/Lodge/ Restaurants/Skating Rink/Bowling Alley & Lodge Game Room
Symphony Pavilion for Summer Symphony, Writer's Conference & events.
Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts

Nordic Center for cross country and skate skiing accessible directly behind condo.

Laundry room located on first floor with 1 Washer and 1 Dryer/ Garbage & Recycling.
Only four total units in a three story building.
Kitchen & Bathrooms are well stocked. No need to purchase anything besides food.
Family environment and easy for kids to be independent on their bikes or jumping on a free bus.
RENTERS MUST BE OVER 30 YEARS OLD & QUIET
FIRE EXIT STAIRS located through door in Master Bedroom and only use for emergency. Fire extinguisher underneath kitchen sink & immediately outside front door in cabinet.
CONDO ASSOCIATION RULES for RENTERS:
NO DOGS, NO ANIMALS - no exceptions. Against condo rules and you will be evicted.
NO BBQ's; NO CANDLES; NO SMOKING anywhere on property including balconies & lobby
NO GUNS or Sporting Equipment inside Condo/Lobby.
No dangerous devices, no drones or chemicals inside or outside the condo.
Plenty of open parking available all outdoors. Trailers, motor homes, boats, campers, etc, cannot park on premises, but can unload temporarily.
Cars may not block walkways/entrances - will be towed.
Park bikes in racks provided outside.
Do not hang laundry outside.
Skis-Sport Equipment etc stored only in lobby lockers provided- not inside condo or in hallways.
QUIET after 9PM
Condo is NOT Childproof. Owner CANNOT be responsible for childproofing.

The very best location to enjoy all of the resorts amenities! Lisa’s place is exactly as advertised. 3 large comfortable bed/baths and a cozy common area. Our family had a wonderful time and Lisa could not have been nicer or more responsive.

Everything was wonderful! Lisa is a great host! The condo was really well stocked and super clean. We were at a bank conference and our host offered us a late check out time which was so helpful! This was a great vacation!

One of the best experiences ever. Absolutely the best host we’ve ever worked with. Very responsive, does everything she can to help make the experience pleasant. It’s a beautiful condo. Quiet. Charming and comfortable. While all of Sun Valley area is wonderful, there is a special charm of the area surrounding the Sun Valley Lodge. We’re looking forward to a return trip.. you will be delighted if you stay there
