About this house rental
**This property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities. A Resort fee (12.8% of the base rental rate) will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.**
Spectacular 6 bedroom/6 bathroom home with private pool, outdoor kitchen equipped with a flat screen TV, gas grill, sink, and dining area. Shared dock for small boat. Two large screened porches and 4 open air porches. This home is located on the canal, steps from the Ocean Creek golf course and Davis Love Park, and a short golf cart ride to the beach.
This house boasts a gourmet indoor kitchen that is fully equipped to handle all of your cooking needs during your stay! A 6-burner gas stove, 2 ovens, and ample granite countertops make cooking a breeze. Enjoy dinners around the 10-person dining table.
The living room has a 70in TV and is open to the wet bar. The wet bar has a new ice maker that can make up to 25lbs of ice - no need to run to the store!

The Fripp Island Club is private and each unaccompanied guest 13 and older must have an amenity card to access the Club’s facilities. The amenity card is a temporary membership to the club. Guests must comply with all rules and regulations of the Club.
**Amenity cards are available for purchase when renting this home. You may purchase up to the amount that the property sleeps.

The house was absolutely fantastic! It’s well laid out and everyone has their own bathroom. The pool is great and a welcome difference from the beach after you come home from the day, we would absolutely rent this house again. We were a family of three brothers with older kids.
