In a small fishing village where you’ll find no chaos, crowds, or other unpleasant inconveniences—just peace and a magnificent sea—you can rent:
50 m² one-story apartment on the first floor of a family-owned building.
Air-conditioned, with mosquito nets on every door and window, suitable for up to 4 people, 500 meters from the sea and the beach below the tower (but if you don’t have a stroller or other bulky items, you can get there even faster!) The spacious terrace is already set up for outdoor dining and is bright but not overly exposed to direct sunlight.
The apartment features:
A practical sofa bed that converts into a double bed and can also be used as a single bed; an induction cooktop with an electric stove, refrigerator, and freezer; a coffee maker; a washing machine; and a kettle (a must-have in Sardinia if you want to do all your laundry! ;)) Bathroom with shower and bidet, as well as a separate room off the terrace used as a laundry room and storage area.
In less than 5 minutes, you can reach the central square with a promenade lined with shops, bars, and restaurants, all within 200 meters. You’ll find a supermarket and a rotisserie, a basketball court, a pharmacy, and other useful services for your vacation.
The house offers every comfort; it was built this year. It’s fully furnished in a modern, clean style—free of unnecessary clutter, yet welcoming and unpretentious.
