SUMMER 2026 INFORMATION: Construction of a residence near the Combe d'Or. Potential for noise, construction vehicle traffic, and dust.
Very attractive property. Located in the Orres 1800 resort, at the foot of the slopes. LES ORRES 1800 - Luxury residence with heated outdoor pool, sauna, and hammam. Large, fully equipped duplex apartment for 6 people, including a living room with a double sofa bed, open-plan kitchen, and WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and balcony, 1 bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom.
From winter 2025/2026 onwards, bed linen and towels are no longer included but are available as optional extras. Key collection will take place directly at our Logevac agency located in Orres 1800m.
Optional services payable on site and to be booked before your arrival:
- End-of-stay cleaning: €120
- Pet occupancy: €15
- Single bed linen rental: €16
- Double bed linen rental: €16
- Towel set rental (2 per person): €7
