Villa, pool sea view

Property ideally suited our needs. Excellent facilities and nice pool. View unbeatable.Communication with owner and his local manager excellent. We will try to return.

The appartment would be excellent if it avoids important misleading information on the web sites. It states two separate rooms with 2 and 4 beds respectively. In fact there are two rooms both with 2 beds each. Last two beds are represented by studio couch within large kitchen=dining=living room. Firstly the couch is not very comfortable for multiple day sleep, secondly you face absolute lack of privacy. For me the appartment is nice but far from being convenient for 6 people if you wish to enjoy some basic comfort. My fault that I did not check all pictures on the websites carefully. Some accessories are little shabby but this is only minor topic. The pool was great and view to valley and seaside really magnificent. Shower at the pool instead of garden tube would be nice.

Just had a little difficulty with speaking to owner on the phone but an obliging lady at local supermarket sorted it for me. The villa is all on one level with 2 large bedrooms and a great open plan lounge kitchen diner which has a small balcony giving great views of the local beach. As an added interest there is a small airfield from which light planes operate often dropping parachutists. The local beach has a restaurant at one end but miles of sand so easy to get a space to yourself. The villa has a fabulous pool which is very large and approximately 4 feet deep all over with steps in. There were sunbeds and an outside dining set around the pool as well as a gas barbecue. Very quiet as villa next door one way was unoccupied and the other side the family were quiet and well screened by trees. Owner came to check that all was OK as he lives in the hamlet. No shops in the hamlet and about a 20 minute drive to the nearest supermarket in Compomoro. A great place to stay for peace and relaxation with wonderful views and a lovely pool.
