About this apartment rental

Casa El Patio is an exceptional house, only adults, with a modern touch of decoration while preserving the original rustic details. It consists of 2 apartments, each privately reserved for the guest, but you also have spacious areas for shared use. These shared spaces include a well-furnished glass-roofed patio, a gym as shown in the photos, a fully equipped barbecue area, private parking at the rear of the property, a laundry area, and the highlight of all – a saltwater pool with stunning views of the island's interior fields.

In this case we are talking about our Green Apartment, which has a well-equipped kitchen including an oven, open dining-living room space, bathroom with shower and bedroom with a double bed. Located in the heart of Teseguite which is located a short distance from the center of Villa de Teguise, the best historical-artistic architectural complex in the Canary Islands and a few minutes from the north of the island where you will see that the trails have no end. This house is an ideal starting point to get to know the island of Lanzarote thanks to its location.

WELCOME: To enhance your stay, we provide bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Upon arrival, you'll discover our courtesy amenity kit with shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion dispensers, as well as a welcome package in the kitchen stocked with essentials like water, milk, tea, coffee, biscuits, sugar, and more. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please don't hesitate to contact us to inquire about availability and associated fees.

CAR RENTAL: We highly recommend reserving a rental car before your arrival in Lanzarote to explore the island at your own pace.
