House definitely has unique style, but home was spotless and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was quiet and charming and location easy to get everywhere. Not a lot of restaurants nearby and sound could be heard at times from tenants below but I would stay here again. Manager easy to get ahold of, great parking and evolve had great communication.

Property was clean & comfortable. Very easy to find in a nice neighborhood. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but overall it met our needs well.

This place suited our needs for a long weekend of activities in the area. There were quite a few bugs inside when we showed up, and it was pretty warm, so we opened up the windows and discovered that the screen in the dining area window didn't fit properly so it left a gap where bugs could get in. The place could use some more attention. There are exposed nails in the bathroom vanity. One of the kitchen cabinet doors can't open all the way because it hits the frame of the skylight.
The TV in the bedroom seemed to be stuck on just one channel.
We appreciated cotton swabs in the bathroom, supplies in the kitchen, and plenty of towels. It was a sufficient place to land after our busy days, but it was clearly set up to be "just a rental" and didnt have a homey, comfortable feel. We wouldn't want to stay there again.
