**For night services between 00:00 and 7:59 am, a service charge of 2€ is added to the amount.
All optional extras and mandatory extras must be paid at check-in.
Delivery of extra kit with new sheets and towels for bookings over 10 days.
Amenities such as toilet paper are provided as a courtesy only for the day of arrival.
At check-in, the Municipal Tourist Tax will be charged, under the terms of the Portimão Tourist Tax Regulation, at the following rates:
- €1/person between 01/11 and 31/03;
- €2/person between 01/04 and 31/10;
Charged up to a maximum of 7 nights per person.
Children under 13 years old are exempt.

Nice clean apartment, excellent instructions for entering and exiting. Good access to bus system. Easy and quick communication with Home Holidays.
1- not enough hot water..barely had enough for 2 showers
2-make sure extra blankets are washed ( they were soiled)
3- Fix problem with whistling sound ( had to leave window partly open)
4- more decor such as pictures/ paintings, artificial plants to add a sense of warmth/ambiance.
