BOTH BEACH HOUSES-BIG FENCED YARD WITH NO SAND BURS-In Town Near UT Dunes.

This was a beautiful property; looked exactly like the description and pictures. Very tastefully decorated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and equipment we needed to prepare meals. The outdoor porch area was the perfect place to gather each evening. The owner sprayed for mosquito before our arrival, making the yard and porch more enjoyable. There were yard games provided and we enjoyed the outdoor TV as well. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The owner was very quick to respond with answers to our questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in. We traveled with another couple. Our friends had the house. We stayed in the adjacent garage apartment which was also spacious and very comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was closeby - beach (short drive), shopping, eating. We particularly enjoyed the bird sanctuary and fishing on the pier at night. The rental is located on a quiet street away from the hustle and bustle. House decor is tasteful. Perfect.

This place was the perfect place for our vacation! Very clean and had plenty of space. Location was ideal for walking to dinner and the restaurants/shops. The Check in process was very simple and easy. Back patio was great for sitting and enjoying a morning coffee.

We can’t say enough, good things about this vacation, rental mini compound and Host Mike. Mike gave great recommendations for local island favorites. The main house and mini house had everything that you need for a great beach vacation rain or shine. The covered gathering area between the two houses is a great place to gather and enjoy each other’s company. We love the proximity to the ship channel so we can go and watch the big ships come into work in the morning at the Dolphins chasing along looking for a bite to eat. Lots of fun stuff to do within walking distance, including a great ice cream, quarter just up the street on the main road and great local coffee, not too far from there. The air-conditioning worked great and there were very few steps so was easy for everybody to get around. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare every meal on site. Fully stocked with beach towels, tons of bathroom towels, and kitchen towels, toilet paper and paper towels. This place, definitely lived up to all the great reviews that I read before visiting.
