A separate lounge area provides an additional space for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen features an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a freezer, and direct access to the terrace as well. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

The upper floor comprises 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests. 2 of the bedrooms are each furnished with 1 pull-out bed accommodating 2 persons, with dimensions of 2 x 80 cm and a length of 200 cm. The third bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from a private bathroom equipped with a bath, bidet, and WC. A second shower room with WC is also available on this floor. An entrance hall on the upper level adds to the sense of space and comfort throughout the property.
