For the purpose of a safe stay, guaranteeing comfort in each of the apartments and complying with legal reporting obligations to the Portuguese authorities, identification documents/passport are requested on or before check-in.
A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required, to be charged up to 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out, subject to an inspection of the property.

The apartment is in a great area in Alfama by the castle with everything within walking distance. It is up 3 flights of narrow stairs. Be aware that the company that takes payment charges a 7.5% currency conversion fee.

Had a great stay at the Nomad flat in Alfama. First of all the neighbourhood is beautiful and everything central is within walking distance. The flat is compact but has everhthing you need for a city break. Bed is comfy too!
