About this bed and breakfast

Newly furnished in a quiet neighborhood. The Studio guest house is separate and in front of our house so we are available if you need anything. New cool-gel / memory foam mattress. Guests can check in by using the Kwikset smart code door lock. Please park in the driveway to your far left.
The guest studio is up the driveway on your left. If you don’t request a code for the door lock . I will make it the last four digits of your phone number. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer and Kerueg coffee maker.
Wifi - frontier password is on the table. There are subscriptions to Netflix, Prime and hulu.
There are 3 remotes 1 roku TV, 1 fire stick remote and for the AC / heater.
We are in the main house. Please knock, text or call if you need anything . The patio outside your front door is your Personal space. On the other side of your wooden fence is Steve the 200+ lb Sulcata tortoise. If it’s over 70°, he will be out grazing in his habitat. I leave a carrot in the refrigerator; He would love it if you fed it to him.

Well kept property with great amenities. Owners were friendly and quick to respond to any needs. They also have a pet tortoise named Steve who likes to eat vegetables. Lovely, safe neighborhood for taking a walk. I liked the colors of the decor. I would recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and peaceful environment. Home had and anything you could think of to need plus more! They even have satin pillow cases good for the hair! The location was easy to find. The code was exact and it was easy to enter into our one bedroom suite. The kitchen was stocked and everything was clean. It was a joy to return in the evening and see all was ready for us to use again. We were not disturbed and the cost was better than a hotel. We would stay here again!

When visiting Menifee to see our grandbaby, we need a place to stay as her house is too small for overnight visitors. We don't usually spend a lot of time actually in the rental because we spend our days at their home. I found this Casita on VRBO and it was perfect! Small in size, every amenity was provided. It was immaculate, comfortable and stocked with snacks, water, a variety of coffee, personal care items and any random item you may have forgotten. We had a nice bed, extra pillows, Wifi and TV with Netflix and more. Check in was easy and we enjoyed the privacy. We usually stay at the Fairfield Inn but now have a new home base that is more comfy and a lot more affordable.

This was my first personal vacation, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The property was the perfect size for one person and still comfortable enough for two, it had the amenities I needed, and the property owner was very nice and quick to fix any issues that came up. Small 2 room Casita is perfect if you are looking for a inexpensive place for a long weekend. Bath and shower were nice. 2 windows we could open to let the nice breeze blow through. Small fridge to keep beverages cold. There is a microwave and toaster oven. We used the MW to make breakfast. Stocked with paper products and plastic utensils. The little patio area was nice, but was a little cool during our stay to use it.
