About this bed and breakfast
Newly furnished in a quiet neighborhood. The Studio guest house is separate and in front of our house so we are available if you need anything. New cool-gel / memory foam mattress. Guests can check in by using the Kwikset smart code door lock. Please park in the driveway to your far left.
The guest studio is up the driveway on your left. If you don’t request a code for the door lock . I will make it the last four digits of your phone number. There is a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer and Kerueg coffee maker.
Wifi - frontier password is on the table. There are subscriptions to Netflix, Prime and hulu.
There are 3 remotes 1 roku TV, 1 fire stick remote and for the AC / heater.
We are in the main house. Please knock, text or call if you need anything . The patio outside your front door is your Personal space. On the other side of your wooden fence is Steve the 200+ lb Sulcata tortoise. If it’s over 70°, he will be out grazing in his habitat. I leave a carrot in the refrigerator; He would love it if you fed it to him.

Cute, clean, cozy, comfortable!! Wonderful location. I recommend staying here and would come back again! I stayed by my self and it was wonderful! Not only did I feel safe I also felt comfortable. The private patio is cute and comfy and cool. Thank you for thinking ahead of what a guest would need. :)

Laura and Pete are wonderful hosts! The studio is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. Everything is within a 10-minute drive: gas, groceries, restaurants, etc. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay as long as I planned, but everything was great. I was there for 2 weeks and Laura was especially accommodating, helpful, and went above and beyond for me. She is an amazing, lovely woman. I'll always remember her kindness. If I get a chance to be in the area again, I will absolutely stay in this studio.
