About this cabin rental
Hawthorne branch is a beautiful A-frame cabin hosted by The Bear Cabins in BB located minutes from Beavers Bend State Park and Hochatown. Hawthorne Branch offers a private and peaceful setting with modern finishes, perfect for a romantic getaway or a small group retreat.
Set on a private road, this cabin provides a great balance of privacy and convenience while still being close to all local attractions.

Master Suite (Downstairs):
King bed with ensuite bathroom, double vanity, large walk-in shower, and soaking tub located in the bedroom. TV included.
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs Loft):
King bed with seating area, accessed by spiral staircase

The Space
Hawthorne Branch is a newly built A-frame cabin completed in 2024 with high ceilings, modern design, and an open-concept living area. The layout is comfortable and functional, making it easy to relax and enjoy your stay.
The downstairs suite offers a private retreat, while the upstairs loft provides a second sleeping space with its own seating area. The wet bar and open living space are perfect for unwinding after a day in Broken Bow.

Guests have full access to the cabin. The spiral staircase to the loft may not be suitable for all guests.
★ DOGS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 3 dogs. A pet fee of $75 per pet is required. This is confirmed and verified after reservation is in the booking system.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Landing Casino or Gutter Chaos, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.
★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.
We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.
Special Request/Concierge Services: Do you have a special request to help knock your stay out of the park? Just ask, we have many packages available!
What To Bring:
• Bring OFF for chiggers/ mosquitoes/ ticks/ etc.
• Favorite coffee and creamers (a starter kit is left at each property)
• Condiments
• Oils, seasonings, and cooking basics
• Ice (some ice makers can be finicky)
• Personal Toiletries
• Firewood & Starter supplies
Our on-site housekeeping crews provide a starter supply of basic essentials. These supplies will not be replenished.
Below is a list of the items:
• 1-2 rolls of toilet paper, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of hand soap, per bathroom
• 2 bathroom garbage bags, per bathroom
• 1 bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, per shower
• 1 roll of paper towels
• 1 bottle of dish soap
• 2 sponges
• 4 dishwasher pods
• handful of tall kitchen garbage bags
• handful of coffee pods
• Coffee grounds for a pot of coffee
• Coffee filters
• Starter coffee creamer
• Starter coffee sugar
• Salt/ pepper
• 1 small bottle of laundry soap
• 1 small container of hot tub chlorine (to use after each use as directed)
Fireplaces:
Available for your enjoyment from October to March
WiFi terms and conditions:
WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.
Other things to note:
- This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 10:00 AM. We charge $50 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.

I was looking for a cabin that was not too big but comfortable, and this was perfect.
The location was convenient, not too far out. Everything was clean and in great condition. We would definitely return.

We came to Broken Bow/Hochatown for the first time to celebrate my husband’s birthday. One little snag is the highway construction on the way to the house near Choctaw Landing. It slowed our arrival by 45 minutes, but once we got there, we were so pleased with the house! The pictures are exactly how it looks. It’s cute, comfy and perfect for our little family of 3! The lights were on, which was welcoming. It has everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Full kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms, hot tub, clean bathroom, fire pit, tons of windows for natural light. Words of advice: go to Pruett’s for groceries as Wal-mart has limited selection, otherwise, this place has almost all you’ll need.
