Begin your ski day on either the Village Express high-speed six-pack lift or the Ell Camp Gondola: both just steps from your door. After skiing, shop and dine at the Base Village, or take the pulse-Gondola to Snowmass mall. After a night on the town, retreat back to Hayden Lodge. This condo was perfect for our group of six adults. We stayed in this same unit two years ago and really like the location. The living area is a bit crowded but totally manageable. It was so convenient to get dressed to ski in the condo and then just take the elevator down to the locker where our skis were stored. Then just a few steps and we were on the lift or the gondola. Only two minor complaints - the hot tub was warm, not hot. And the dials on the Village Express lift that tell temp and wind speed at the top were not working. They were the first time we stayed there and we found them to be quite helpful. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay!

Luxury apartment located on the Snowmass base mall just steps away from the village express lift. It doesn’t get any more convenient than this.

There was no elevator service for the entire 10 days we were there. To reach our car was 10 flights of stairs each way. Garbage stacked the halls. Condo not particularly clean. Blinds so dusting you could write your name. Hair behind doors in bathroom.
No ground support from anyone.
Poor rental. Never again VRBO.
