View is absolutely stunning. The golf cart was a great amenity. Being so close to beach access was great. Was disappointed that I was told the pool would be heated for my stay and then find out it gets turned off by the HOA 4/1. Would have been nice to know that prior and I may not have booked it. Also very disappointed that the hot tub was broken for our entire stay.

Second time staying in this condo. The condo is great. The view from balconies is amazing! Cleanliness was not up to par this time. Living room sectional was full of hair. Thank goodness I brought extra sheets and covered the whole sectional. There were wet stinky dish towels in washing machine. The main bathroom shower was full of hair I had to reclean. Hopefully this was a one time thing because condo is really nice.

The condo was well located in the resort with a superior view of the beach. The pool was below average and under utilized compared to buildings adjacent to ours. We went next door to a friends unit to use the pool.However there were several factors that the owners should address. The ice machine broke requiring a maintenance call. They cut off its water but did not tell us leaving us with no ice for a Florida beach vacation. When we called they said they would supply us with bagged ice which never came. We gave up and bought our own for the month. The oven dials are so old there are no markings for heating levels on them which caused a meal to over cook and burn. Both the stove and refrigerator should be replaced immediately. The dryer is capable of drying only two towels at a time forcing laundry round the clock.Having a garage was a positive but I and two other guests had flat tires from nails left by contractors which required a new tire replacement and a tow at $300+. Golfing reservation system was terrible at best. Courses shut for 4 days due to a junior tournament. We left the resort 5 times to play because we could not arrange tee times. Other friends, 5 other couples, had the same issues. Golfing was the reason we chose the Resort.I would only recommend the unit if the appliances were upgraded. Especially on units being rented for a month or more. Drinking glasses are also a hodgepodge of plastic junk. A $100 investment would upgrade the kitchen immensely.Bottom line. We did not expect the Ritz. But monthly rentals should have quality appliances and dishes for those utilizing the kitchen often during their stay. Golf access was terrible. The golf cart was not used so no comment.
