About this house rental
Unfortunately, we have development next door to our property. Please be mindful when booking. Development will occur Monday's to 1pm Saturday's. The development will be on pause from the 24th of December 2026 to the 9th of January 2027. Property is discounted during this time.
Your ideal holiday home nestled in Blueys Beach. This beautiful house, designed to accommodate up to 8 guests offers a tranquil retreat, a home away from home bursting with comfort and luxury. With an open style living and kitchen area that opens directly into our open entertaining area with a plunge pool that can be heated over the warmer months (from the September school holidays through to the April School holidays), but not during the other cooler months. It is perfect for entertaining in every way. Complete with landscaped grounds and gardens all for your dog to enjoy too!
Please note that the 4th bedroom quite large and has its own air conditioning, but it is external to the main house (connected only by decking). There is no ensuite attached to this bedroom and it would not be appropriate for young children. It should be considered suitable for older teenagers and adults only.

Lovely living, bed and bathrooms. Very well equipped. Very good beds and top quality decor and finishes everywhere. Our youngest (10) loved the pool. Two safety concerns: too easy to walk into unmarked glass and isolated 4th bedroom without bathroom. Privacy issue: glass and unlockable door of ensuite bedroom. Noise: water usage in bathrooms triggers very noisy tank refill process - only an issue at night.

A good house for a family.
Four bedrooms are available but only one living area, so suitable for a family rather than a mixed group.
The negative aspects are all about the listing and management.
I looked at staying for six nights then thought maybe an extra night would be good. The price for an extra night was about a thousand dollars more on a two thousand dollar six night stay. That is obviously crazy and a glitch with the listing. I mentioned this when I booked the six nights but there was no response from management.
The key is collected from a real estate office out of the local area. Initially, I was told to collect the key from down Newcastle way! I queried that and was told that it was a mistake.
Clearly, the manager is careless.

Boofs is a great place to stay and we really enjoyed our holiday.The home was thoroughly cleaned on the inside , lawns mowed and everything perfect except the garage was not. However, I am sure they will attend to this small matter in future.
