About this house rental
When we renovated our house, it was important to us to bring the spirit of this house back to life. The vacation home is located in the historic center of Neddesitz, on the edge of the Jasmund National Park, which features many well-marked hiking trails.
It was built in 1886. In the 1930s, it was home to a traditional bakery. It was a place where the village community gathered.
It was important to us to reuse the original materials to preserve this wonderful atmosphere and unique charm. The result is a thoroughly renovated house that continues to tell its story. This house is rented out in its entirety and is ideal for large families, group trips, clubs, hiking groups, and seminars such as yoga or Ayurveda.....
It stands out in particular because each room has its own bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. There are 6 rooms with double beds that can be separated individually. Each room has a terrace or balcony.

!!! Please note that we require a security deposit of €200.00. This must be transferred along with the travel price stated in the booking confirmation. This deposit will be refunded within 1 week after departure.
!!! Bed linens and towels cannot currently be included in the booking, as there is no laundry service available due to staff shortages.

Vacation home:
Our house in Neddesitz has a total living area of 220 square meters and can accommodate up to 12 people (6 rooms with a double bed or 2 single beds). Each of the 6 rooms features a balcony or a large terrace.
All rooms are new and modernly furnished and each has a separate bathroom. A hair dryer is provided.
Two rooms feature a double bed. In the other rooms, the beds can be used as single beds or pushed together.
On the lower level, there are 2 double rooms with a shared kitchen, living area, and an adjacent common room.
The 4 double rooms on the upper level each have their own balcony.
The kitchen-dining area features a large, solid-wood dining table for 12 people, which can also be extended.
In the center of the kitchen is a kitchen island that’s perfect for cooking together. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a modern stove with an oven, a dishwasher, two coffee makers, a kettle, and a toaster. There are plenty of pots and pans available. You’ll also find a basic selection of spices.
The common room features a cozy sofa, a TV with satellite connection, and access to the orchard.
A washing machine is available.
Our large garden features mature fruit trees and a raised herb garden.
A covered barbecue area with a grill and patio furniture is available. Firewood can be purchased separately.
The table tennis table provides fun and games.
1 travel crib, 1 high chair, and a children’s play area are available.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
