Third-floor, Gulf-front condo with balcony, AC, pool & BBQ area
Impeccably decorated, Ocean House #2303 is a beautiful Gulf-front condo located on the third floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Awesome views for both sunrises and sunsets make this a great place for morning coffee or afternoon wine. The unit is approximately 1000 square feet with a well-equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.

The unit has an inviting space including a living room with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen television, and beautiful direct Gulf front views. The connecting dining area has a table that seats four. The main bedroom has direct Gulf front views, a king sized bed, and flat screen television. The guest bedroom includes king bed, with an attached bathroom with stand up shower. The stackable washer and dryer is located in the kitchen area.

Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area.

This condo is a great place to relax, spend time with family and just get away from it all.

Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes a digital lock and the code is required for entry.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival and may be paid by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or certified funds (cashier’s check, money order, or certified check). For stays under 14 days, the remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file.

Stays of 14 days or longer (including winter stays) must be paid in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment by check is required to avoid a 3% credit/debit card processing fee. A 3% fee will apply to long-term stays paid by card.

Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.

It was a mother daughters trip. Celebrating our moms 84th birthday! Had a wonderful time! Condo was clean and served us well. The pool was excellent zero entry which was important for our mother.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean House II. Beautiful view and outdoor balcony was roomy. BUT there were some complaints: the very filthy ceiling fan in the extra bedroom loaded with dust, black mold on ceiling in bedrooms and bathrooms. Bathroom rug really needed a washing. We let the cleaning lady know about the ceiling fan. She said she would take care of it. Floors were clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay!
