Very well insulated and equipped with shutters, the cottages do not need air conditioning, they keep their freshness in summer.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, there are no roads bordering the property.
Lavandin 2 - 4 people - 2 bedrooms
2 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, living room with fully equipped open kitchen, covered terrace, small outdoor room
Facilities of the gîte :
Traditional oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee makers (filter and Senseo), kettle, toaster, safe, television, internet connection with WIFI access, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue

Bedroom 1: Bed 160 x 200
Bedroom 2: Bunk beds 90 x 190
Pillows and duvets or blankets are provided, you must bring your own sheets or book them in advance (15 € per single bed, 20 € per double bed)
We have reluctantly changed our way of proceeding regarding electricity. Following numerous abuses and the evolution of the cost of electricity, each gîte will be invoiced at the end of its stay for its actual electricity consumption with electronic individual meter reading according to EDF's regulated tariffs (classic blue tariff off-peak/peak hours)

We stayed 10 days. We really enjoyed the spacious house, the quiet surroundings and the nice swimming pool. No airco meant nights were a bit warm, but also very quiet (no humming airco noise)
