Whether you decide to walk or ride your bike to the beach, it's only 13 blocks away, in Asbury blocks which equates to about 13 to 20 minutes
You're going to be distracted on your walk because you'll pass lots of restaurants, bars, craft shops, and yoga studios and if it's the weekend there will be street fairs and crafts sales in the various pavilions and parks., you will pass an inlet and then finally you arrive at the boardwalk and the beach.
It's a very safe and pleasant walk from the house to the beach.

We put a lot of effort into making this home a lovely place, please treat it with the same respect as you would treat your own home, and try to leave it a little better than you found it. Every year you return, you will see it's gotten better.
House Rules
No eating in the bedrooms
No sand in the house/bedrooms. Agree to pay an additional $100 cleaning fee if sand is found in the house.
Alternate-side parking rules are on Monday and Friday from 9 – 11 am. Parking tickets are $30 payable to the City of Asbury Park
No smoking inside the house. Agree to pay an additional $100 smoke removal fee if evidence of smoking is found in the house.
Clean the kitchen when finished
Clean the barbecue grill when finished. Also, clean the catch pan underneath the grill and remove any food and grease. from the pan
Return all house games and toys to their boxes and storage when finished
Return all beach toys, bikes, and boogie boards to the shed when finished.
Leave the shed in the same condition or better than you found it
Pet Rules
Please be a good neighbor and walk your dog on a leash and clean up after your pet
No pets on the bedding or furniture
Use the front yard to relieve your pet- it is full of grass. Do not use the backyard to relieve your pet – it is full of paver stones.
Properly dispose of pet waste in the toilet or garbage

We had a great stay our first time in Asbury Park. We loved the back outdoor area and took full advantage of the fire pit and the beautiful enclosed canopy area. The house was spacious and clean. We especially liked that the train was only a few minute walk so that we could go into nyc for one of the days we stayed. We only stayed the weekend but everything you would need for a long stay was already in the house. Espresso machin, air fryer, keurig, drip pot, and so much more including Boardgames, books, and instruments that my 16 year old boys had fun playing around with. The beds were comfortable with linens and towels to spare. We had a spot to park right out front the whole weekend. This was the perfect weekend getaway and we look forward to a longer stay next time!

This was a perfect location. The access to bikes was great & allowed quick access to the boardwalk. The home was clean & well stocked with everything you’d need. I made the mistake of thinking the fire pit was propane and appreciated some wood to make a fire. This was a perfect spot for our sisters getaway.

Andrew’s property was just as advertised. It was very clean and very close to downtown. Andrew communicated in a timely manner and was very thoughtful. He left us a handwritten welcome letter along with some adult beverages to kick off our stay. Check in and check out were very easy and straight forward. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay! Andrew is a great host and really went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional from start to finish! The property was as advertised in all respects. Andrew was very communicative before, during and after the stay. It was nice to know the property manager was next door, and she even came over to remind us about the alternate side parking rules so we wouldn't get ticketed!One of the concerns we had leading up to the stay was parking (on street). We had no issues finding a spot either on weekdays or weekends! So if you're like me and you are anxious about that with guests visiting from further away, don't be afraid! Parking was not an issue at all!Only thing, I would recommend bringing an extra blanket or two. There were plenty of linens and blankets, but if all beds are being used, there were no extras. Not a problem, just something to keep in mind when packing!I highly recommend staying here!!
