A short walk to the onsite marina, with sandy beach, gazebo's, and dockage ramp. On site Restaurant/Bar with SPECTACULAR ocean views. Snorkel or Kayak on the property beach. Walk to the end of the Pier to take in the ocean breeze and watch the boats sail by or enjoy the Florida Keys sunsets.

Our family of five, which includes three teenagers, all agree this was a great condo in a fantastic location. It has some very resort like amenities (pool, hot tub, private marina and beach, on site restaurant, plus a bar/snack shack at poolside). Everything was clean when we arrived. All beds are comfy. Location is easy to access, always easy to park, and served as great base for all of our adventures throughout the Keys. No regrets in this choice!

This condo was ideal in many ways. We swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub, swam in the ocean, played tennis and walked to have lunch at the marina. It was perfect for our family and not too far from our excursions. Wonderful spring break for our family.

Very clean, lots of things to do for the kids on property - large pool and hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, and a small beach.
