About this cabin rental
This property is something you don't find every day, it's on a dead-end road, less traveled, very isolated, and private. The road will lead you to the beautiful sand bars and clear water of the Tangipahoa River on Chatawa Bluffs. The property has wide river frontage and access. This hideaway is three hundred (300) feet above sea level. The home has a change in height of fifty (50) feet to the river's edge, depending on water levels. With these types of views, the clear flowing water, and the beautiful white-water ripples, which has the most relaxing sound and is very comparable to the mountainous regions. The thirty-six hundred (3600) square foot structure gives a chalet feel of The Smokies. The ten (10) acres land includes mature hardwood forest that offers endless opportunities. Including 2 (two) lots on the river frontage with additional lots just off the river that will have access to the Tangipahoa River waters and sand bars. The main house plans are split into a total of (5) 1 bedroom apartment condos that could accommodate up to 30 guests and maintain privacy among each room being equipped for a variety of activities that will allow guests to have their own space whenever they need private or intimate time and large spaces for the entire family to gather and socialize for the occasion.
