The Crescent 216 features two bedrooms and two baths, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The open-concept living area is filled with natural light and offers stunning Gulf views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Relax on the large sectional sofa or enjoy the breeze on the private balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal prep, with a breakfast bar and dining table for family gatherings. We love the Crescent. We have been staying here since 2006 and would not stay anywhere else in Miramar Beach. Easy check in clean facilities, clean property, friendly staff.

This has been one of the cleanest and nicest condos we’ve ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything about our stay was phenomenal. The condo itself was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the property was peaceful and welcoming.
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, which made our experience even more enjoyable.
The only minor issue we had was with the limited number of arm bands. We didn’t receive enough for our entire group, so we had to share, which meant staying together at all times when accessing certain amenities. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit inconvenient at times.
Overall, The Crescent is a fantastic place to stay and we’re already looking forward to booking another trip in the future. Highly recommend!
