Large entire house brand new throughout. Open floor plan! 4 full bedrooms 3 big bathrooms, all new appliances (dishwasher, wine fridge, microwave, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator with ice and water dispenser on the door. Back deck and large front porch. Quick walk to the beach, park, dune trail, zoo and casino. Quick bike ride to downtown historical and arts districts. So much to do! 🏖

The property was just as displayed, the manager was great at providing check-in instructions and followed up upon check-in. The location is perfect with a quick five-minute walk to the beach, next to Dune Billie's delicious breakfast/lunch restaurant and walking distance to parks and other restaurants. The only minor complaint is that the neighbors were loud with a party outside past midnight, but maybe that doesn't happen often. We hope to return soon!

It was a good get away. The only negative thing to say is that the upstairs thermostat didn’t work very well other than that it was a good stay.

Arrived early to town stopped at Cool Runnings for lunch, fabulous food and atmosphere. Check in was a bit of a mix up as the owners did not manage the outgoing and incoming(ME) parties well. The house is large and as the pictures represent. Home had all amenities needed for the amount of people it holds such as extra paper towel extra toilet paper, accessible laundry and cleaning supplies, extra sheets. The location is central to the most desirable attractions in Michigan City, walking distance to many things, such as the beach and the casino. All in all I would rent this property again.
