Enjoy upgrades and new furniture throughout this cozy villa with a stunning view of the Lighthouse and Yacht Basin in Harbour Town! You'll find a Harbour Town Pool Pass in your villa to access the Harbour Town Pool located just around the corner from Caravel Court!
1035 Caravel Court is a spacious one-bedroom, 3rd-floor villa with views of the world-famous Harbour Town Yacht Basin & Lighthouse. There is an elevator in the building. Sip sweet tea or enjoy cocktails on the balcony while watching the boats come and go. There is a shared laundry room just across the hall from this villa. Take advantage of restaurants, shops, golf, tennis & water activities, all just a short walk from your vacation "home away from home." The fully-equipped, updated kitchen with granite counters is perfect for preparing snacks for the beach or enjoying a delightful meal in the dining area or outside on the balcony. The open living area makes a great place to enjoy movie night (and we'll provide the popcorn!). After playing at the beach and enjoying island adventures, you'll find a restful retreat in the spacious primary bedroom. * Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Every reservation is required to complete a quick Guest Portal before check-in. It's a secure external link we'll send you shortly after booking, and it's also where you'll find all your check-in details - including your all-important door code.
The pre-approval process takes just a few minutes and covers three simple steps:
1. Sign the Rental Agreement - a quick electronic signature, no printing required.
2. Guest verification - a fast, standard guest verification.
3. Pick your coverage: Damage Waiver (a small, non-refundable fee covering eligible accidental damage during your stay - our guests' favorite option, since it takes the stress out of minor mishaps) or Security Deposit (a fully refundable hold, released after checkout as long as everything's in order).

We could not have asked for a nicer place. The unit was very clean, had everything you could possibly need, great location with a beautiful view of Harbour Town!

I loved the tote bag and view of lighthouse. I think the bedroom could be rearranged to see the lighthouse from the bed. Overall I love the location and would return.
