About this house rental

Located in Rostudel (a small listed hamlet), this former fisherman's cottage combines comfort, charm and authenticity.

It is close to the beaches (5km) and 7km from the seaside resort of Morgat (swimming, canoeing, sailing, diving, surfing, windsurfing, optimist, kayaking...).

The coastal path (GR34), with its breathtaking views over the Iroise Sea, is 300m from the house.

You can also take advantage of the small sheltered garden.
It's a great place to enjoy a cup of tea/coffee in a deck chair, read a book or have a meal on the terrace...
A second garden overlooks the first, perfect for a bit of privacy 😊.

The large living room of over 30m2 overlooks the garden.
It has a sitting area in front of the fireplace and a large table for your meals.

The house is very well equipped for preparing your meals:
- Oven, microwave, cooker...
- Pots, pans, large dishes and more than enough crockery!
- Dishwasher.

Shopping can be done in Morgat or Crozon.

The laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and a large fridge/freezer.

Sleeping arrangements:

- Bedroom 1, on the ground floor: a 1.20m bed and a small mezzanine above with a 90cm bed.
- Bedroom 2, on the ground floor: a 1.40m bed (+ an additional 90cm bed on a mezzanine). As the bed is accessible by a small ladder, this area is reserved for children aged 7 and over).
- Bedroom 3, above the living room: a 1.60m bed (rather unusual stairs, not recommended for young children or the elderly).

The toilet is downstairs, separate from the bathroom.

Books and board games are available in front of the fireplace, just in case a little cloud passes by...

Dry-cleaning: €15 per 2-person bed, €10 per 1-person bed.
Bath linen service is not available.

Electricity is extra and must be paid for at the end of your stay. The meter will be read on arrival and departure.

You can park one or two cars in front of the house or in the free village car park.
