The elevator was broken the entire trip, making it difficult to manage our ski gear in and out of the condo.

This 3rd floor property would be a 5/5 (clean, modern, great location), but only if the management had told us that the elevator was broken. It was advertised as "accessible" with an elevator. But we learned (by asking around) that the elevator had been broken on and off for several weeks. I am not complaining about the fact that it was broken (this stuff happens), but by the fact that we were only informed about it by text message, as we were searching for the stairways that led up 3 flights to our room.

The condo was in a great location, was clean, and a nice place to stay. I will look to book again next time we visit. Communication with the property manager was also great. They quick to answer and helpful.

Nice place just had problem with temperature and had to open door at night. Was worried crows may come- in while I was sleeping. There is sharp wood next to the toilet paper cut my hand there. May need to file down the wood and add screen door to bedroom. Some better thermostat control also needed.
