Welcome to the rules for Foxy Farm Ranch Our aim is to maintain a harmonious environment that aligns with local Code Compliance and respects the comfort of all guests. As part of this effort, we ve established some friendly but firm and inflexible house guidelines.
Maximum Occupancy: 12 guests (10 adults max).
Parking: Space for 4 vehicles. There is no garage access. (Garage is converted into the guest house) EV charger w/ 220 power & 15 foot extension cord. Adapter is NOT included!! Exceeding the limit may result in fines of up to $1,000.
Pets: Pets allowed. (Max:2 pets)
Pets Require Pre-approval: post-approval, A $125 pet fee pet pet applies (Charged post-booking)
Unapproved Pets: incur a minimum of a $1,000 fine.
Pet Guidelines:
Kennel pets when unattended.
Keep off furniture/beds.
Clean up after them.
Charges apply for pet damages.
IDs will be requested for verification after booking.

* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in.
Just a quick heads-up: to finalize your reservation, we kindly ask that you complete our short rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. It only takes a few minutes and helps make sure everything runs smoothly for your trip.

This place was GREAT! I highly recommend it. The host was extremely communicative. The place was clean, calm, cozy, fun and beyond expectations. My family and I will definitely come back. Everything aspect was excellent. Everyone in my party enjoyed this place and was impressed.

This home has a cozy main house and an awesome game room. Such an entertaining place. Our family of 10 has rented multiple times in Big Bear and this one is one of our favorites. The home is beautifully renovated with well stocked kitchen that had nice pots and pans (a big deal for me). They also supply plenty of trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper (another big deal for me). I highly recommend this home to rent.

We had a great time the large property allowed us to utilize game room, outside for pictures and main house for dining.

Heat in house was difficult to adjust. Some rooms too hot, some rooms with no heat at all. Showers were very cool. Maintenance had to come to adjust one, then we all had to share the same hot shower the entire time. It seemed like the owner put some kind of lock so you could not get hot water in the showers. For the price I expected hot showers and heated rooms.
