• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays. Right to cancel reservation without refund and a minimum fine of $1000 will be imposed if evidence is detected
• No pets
• Quiet hours starting at 9:30 pm
• No loud noise or music past 9:30 pm
• No disturbing neighbors
• No extra/overnight guests. Please message us beforehand for confirmation.
• No Mail/Packages Delivered to the property. Please send it to a nearby pick up
• No moving or rearranging of the furniture (outside of the blow up mattress)
• No unplugging of the electronics
• No Pre-Check in Bag Storage - (Local bag storage available at the UPS Store in Hoboken provided by Bounce)
• Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home
• Please put and leave all used/dirty linens in the corners of the rooms.
• Check-in time is 4:00pm - 10:00pm
• Check-out time is 10:00am
• Please do not leave excess amount of belongings behind as this could result in an extra cleaning fee charge. This charge can be up to an extra $100 depending on the amount of extra cleaning needed

We have one, actively recording camera outside the front entrance of the unit which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the unit which actively records noise decibel levels. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the unit and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

The host has clearly made an effort to make sure all the little things you can think of are available. Lots of hangers, pillows, blankets, luggage racks, coffee, creamer, etc. The apartment was great and in a cool spot. The hosts were very responsive.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location was the best part - everything in Hoboken, including the main drag (Washington Street) and the train/Path station, was extremely close. The apartment was very clean when we arrived, and it did not disappoint. The kitchen and living room are spacious for cooking and relaxing, and the bedrooms are well-designed to ensure everyone fit comfortably for their stay. Jean was very welcoming and professional, and was easy to reach if anything needed to be communicated. I would easily recommend this stay to anyone who wants a taste of Hoboken (or a comfortable apartment with easy access to NYC)!

Wonderful location- fell in love with Hoboken, easy to get to the city but a fantastic neighbourhood in its own right.Check in and communication with owner was seamless. Apartment clean and tidy with new furniture but rather tired fixture/ fittings. Disappointing was the very noisy AC and strong smell (musty). Also found the beds unbelievably soft which I appreciate is personal choice but mattresses this soft are not common in hotels/rentals
