There are supermarkets, restaurants, doctors’ offices, and more in the immediate vicinity.
Within walking distance is a park with a small lake, a beach area, and playgrounds
Free street parking
Good public transportation connections; it's just under 15 minutes by tram to Alexanderplatz
Pets allowed upon request for 15€ per day per pet
Washer and dryer available for a fee
5% city tax payable upon arrival

We really loved Ruth's apartment. It is in such a great location. Beautifully quiet overnight, so we all slept well but super easy to get into the centre of Berlin as the tram literally is just 2 minutes away. Supermarket round the corner and great restaurants close by. It was perfect for us our 3 night stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely clean apartment. It was large enough to accommodate six adults comfortably and is very convenient yto public transportation. We enjoyed eating and walking around the neighborhood and Weissen See. Ruth was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to our inquiries. My only suggestion is to inquire about availability of laundry facilities for your stay. I would definitely stay here again.
